Daffoldis Homes is a provider of services for young people aged between 16 and 18 years. Our primary aim is to offer semi-independent, supported accommodation for young people so as to enable them to progress towards independent living when they become 18 years old. We work with young people who are looked after by the Local Authority and are ready to move out of their residential placements or foster homes. We also support young people who are new in the country and are seeking asylum.
Being part of their journey, Daffoldis Homes provides support and guidance to vulnerable young people, helping them to acquire independent living skills and make informed choices to become successful young adults as they progress in their life.

We currently offer modern accommodation facilities in South East London and the Greater London area. We provide young people with shared living experiences and also offer solo training flat experiences to prepare them for independent living.
We offer counselling support to help care leavers and those young people who are looked after, to overcome difficulties they have experienced and to support them to develop their self-confidence and self-esteem to live sustainable lives.
Including mentoring coaching, befriending, daily support and proactive engagement with key workers. We have a variety of in depth bespoke training programmes including youth development.
We understand the value in maintaining strong physically and nutritional health. We work to develop a tailored fitness and nutrition plan that they can easily follow when they begin to live their own life independently.
1 to 1 keywork sessions and in-depth programmes, training and care plans. Goal setting and safety planning is completed in collaboration with the young people.
We specialise in gang work deterrence and have a bespoke training programme provided by our experienced key workers focusing on drug trafficking/county lines, sexual coercion and storing drugs and weapons.
Our key workers are qualified in this area and FGM. We explore emotions that accompany CSE, why young people don’t disclose abuse, why young people may return to their abusers, recognising CSE, talking about CSE and the impact of sexual exploitation.
